Hi Everyone,
I thought it would be nice if I updated you a bit. We still continue to get many inquiries about the “Amp Building Classes”. Sadly there is just not enough time now or in the near future to offer them. We are just soooo busy building amps and designing all the new stuff that there is no time for fun things, like the classes. Please watch egnater.com for any future announcements.
I’m still amazed by the success of the Rebel 20 head. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect that. Thanks to all of you. The Rebel 30 Combos (1x12 and 2x12) are shipping the week of July 26th and should arrive in stores around the first week in August. The Renegade model (Head, 1x12, 2x12 and 4x10) will arrive very shortly after the Rebels. They all look and sound great. Please let me know your impressions. Feedback from you is our best source for ways to improve our gear. Yes, we are doing a Rebel 30 Head but it won’t be out until sometime in October.
The Modular line continues to grow beyond our expectations. The E2 is almost done…really…..2 years later. Sorry it took so long. FYI, the problems getting the E2
completed were not design issues at all. Time is our biggest obstacle these days. There is just so much to do and we are just a small team. I even had help from Randall Aiken (the smartest guy I know) with some power supply design tricks. Some things just take a long time to complete.
There are many new and exciting things coming in the future. You won’t be
disappointed.

In honor of the 15th anniversary of the IE4 pre amp. You guessed it. We are reissuing it in all red. We will be building 50 of them. We need to have a minimum of 25 orders to begin building. Price is $1994 The year it was released. Email jeff if interested at jeff@egnater.com

Winter’s almost over. It has been a brutal one here in Michigan. Fortunately, we’ve survived the worst snow and cold in many years. We’ve had many inquiries about the “Amp Building Classes”. Sadly there is just not enough time now or in the near future to offer them. We are just soooo busy building amps and designing all the new stuff that there is no time for fun things, like the classes. Our hope is to be able to start back up later this year but, who knows? Please watch egnater.com for any future announcements.
The Tourmaster models and Rebel have been doing great. The Rebel has been one of the hottest guitar amps in the country. Kind of a dream come true for a little company like ours. Watch for the new Rebel 30 and Renegade models scheduled to be out in June 2009. Lot’s of other cool stuff later this year also. The Modular line has been growing like crazy. We’ve been quietly working on some new designs in the modular line that we are very, very excited about. We hope you will be, too. Can’t tell you about them yet…or we’ll have to kill you…just kidding. That’s about it for now. Check out egnateramps.com also for lots of info and demos.
